The name “Blossom” was inspired by a photo walk through a blooming garden — a moment of realization that photography is not just about seeing but about feeling. From that day, Blossom Shoots has grown into a brand committed to capturing life’s most meaningful milestones with creativity and heart.

Training & Mentorship
At Blossom Shoots, we believe that learning never stops. Our founder, Manisha Jha, refined her passion and sharpened her skills through training at the Houston Center for Photography (HCP) — a hub of creativity and knowledge that has shaped countless photographers.
During her journey at HCP, Manisha had the privilege of being mentored by Mark Chen, whose guidance was instrumental in shaping her artistic eye and storytelling approach. His mentorship instilled in her the values of patience, observation, and capturing authentic emotion — lessons that continue to influence every frame she creates today.
Manisha proudly honors her mentor and the Houston Center for Photography as the roots that nurtured Blossom Shoots into the brand it is today.
